When completing reports and making references to cleanliness and condition within the summary sections, always use the NLG standard cleanliness and condition parameters.

These parameters can be found in the "Glossary of Terms" tab within 'Report Editor' in the job 

Select the parameters that best suit the condition and cleanliness of the property by clicking in the relevant circle and press "Next and Complete" at the bottom of the screen
