This is done once you have uploaded the completed job from the mobile device into KMS, quality checked it so it is ready to send to the client. 


You will need to upload this job to the library. This is completed by pressing the [Upload and Send Report] button in the [report editor] tab.   Then choose [Send Paperwork]


From the [Upload and Send] screen you will have the option, using ticke boxes, to select the client contact that you want to send the report to.


If the contact is not on the list, there is a free-text field where you can enter another email address.


You can also send the paperwork to the Tenant and Landlord from this screen, if there is an email address for them.
