Audio files dictated on a mobile device into the App can be retrieved at the top of individual ‘Rooms’ screens.

From the dashboard,  select 'Jobs' 

Select your Job from the list and from the Job Details screen select 'Report Editor' from the tabs at the top of the screen.

In the 'Report Editor' select 'Rooms' from the left hand side of the screen.

Click on your selected room 

Each room has a [Voice File] button at the top right of the screen.  If there is no voice file, this is greyed-out

If there is a voice recording for that room, it can be selected and a pop up window will open

From here you can play, download, delete the voice file, using the icons
