You can add a room within the 'Report Editor'

From the dashboard, select 'Jobs' .  Select your Job from the list,  and from the Job Details screen select 'Report Editor' from the tabs at the top of the screen.

In the 'Report Editor' select 'Rooms' from the left hand side of the screen.

Under the heading 'Rooms' thre is a plus icon next to the word Rooms.

BY pressing this '+' icon, a window will open for you to ebter

- Room Name (free text)

- Section - drop down (do you want Summary+Inventory or just Inventory etc)

- Select Room Template - drop down (choose from one of the room templates)

Then select 'Create' button
