1. Fixed a bug that prevented clerks from adding new property addresses when setting up jobs.
2. Fixed a bug that caused disabled client contacts to be displayed when setting up jobs or sending paperwork.
3. Fixed a bug that automatically marked invoices as “issued” when report paperwork was sent, even if the invoice had not actually been sent.
