Create a job screen – there is now a new field to note when the job was created. This field is non-editable and will be auto-filled when the job is saved.

[Direct Partner] Franchisees are unable to filter jobs from local direct partners.

Franchisees are sometimes outsourced work from local direct partners. The jobs page does not allow the franchisee user to filter jobs from a specific client, for example EweMove Bexleyheath.

As a solution we have added the client name to the drop-down menu, whenever a job is created and outsourced to a specific office.

[Jobs] Template for Room Only

When a new job is created, and is  ‘Room Only’ and/or the Bedrooms  ‘Single Room’ the template that is given for Default Rooms is for a 1 bedroom house.  This is incorrect.  We have changed so that if the user chooses to have [Default Rooms] created, the template will give a  Bedroom and a Bathroom.

[Properties] the way properties are listed (by Client) needed to be changed so that they displayed showing numerical order of the address. They will now list the same as V1

[Jobs] on the job details screen.  Sometimes a Typist might be assigned, but needs to be removed. There was no functionality to remove the typist name.  We have changed this so this can be removed now (without the need to assign another typist).

When logged in as a CLERK, we had noticed that the button [Submit : Quality Check] was missing.  This has now been added.

[Notifications] – within the client details there is an [Optional email address] field. If there is an email address in that field, all notifications should go to that email address. This is particularly useful if all contacts use the same email address eg; lettings@

Electronic Signature set as default

If the client is a National Client and the [Report Type] in the Product Catalogue is set to YES to have the reports sent by default to digisign, we want every job when it is created to be ticked by default.  Only HQ users can un-tick the box.

[Jobs] when creating a new job and selecting to copy data from a previous job, there are several copy options.  One of them is [Copy Room Photos].  This will now default to not being ticked by default, so NO previous photos will copy unless the user ticks the box.

Use of Affiliates for jobs.  

We have a number of self employed Affiliates that carry out jobs for us.  These users have been created as Partner Contractors in V2.  There was a bug that they were not selectable from the drop -down option to be able to assign jobs to them.  This has now been fixed.

Jobs – when opening the Report PDF from the [Library] this will now open in a new tab

 

[JOBS] when an export is made on the jobs screen, the data exported will now include the [Date Report Sent] details in a column

[HOTFIX-Finance] Issuing HQ invoices process

This is for HQ and involves changes

  1. Status of the job should not be updated after sending the invoice.
  2. The status of the HQ invoice should be updated to issued.
  3. In the list of consolidated invoices, we should not show jobs where the status of the HQ invoice is issued.
