SLA – we made a change so that a Service Level Agreement requirement can be added to a Report Type within the Product Catalogue of more than 255 characters.    Previously if the text was longer than 255 characters it would not save.

 

 

 

Jobs – we fixed a bug with job status.  If the job had previously been assigned an appointment date and time but because of circumstances, the jobs status had to be moved to  [Rescheduling].  When    a note was added to the job details screen, the system would change the status to [Appointment Booked], this was a bug that has been fixed  The status now remains at [rescheduling].

 

When a national client job is added to V1 and comes over the Bridge to V2 we had identified a bug concerning DigiSign, that has been fixed.  If the V1 job was created and requested for DigiSign, those settings were lost when the job came over to V2.

The Tenant, Landlord and tick boxes will be the same on both the V1 and V2 jobs

 

 

We have enabled the user to ‘hard return’ in all fields when editing or entering text in the web, which will be reflected in the PDF.    Example below.

 

Invoices – when a report is ready to send and is sent through [Upload & Send], the invoice is often sent at the same time.  It had been noticed that when sending invoices in this way, the invoice did not have an “issue Date”, which we have now fixed.
