[JOBS] when copying data from a previous job. Display line 1 and line 2 of the previous address on the list of jobs making it easier to identify which job/address you want to copy from

[JOBS] Currently if the job has an appointment date & time these are removed from the job record if the job is moved to [Cancelled]. We want the ‘appointment date’ and ‘time’ to remain on the job details screen and not be deleted, so we can see when the job was originally booked for, and include it in our reporting. When a job is [Cancelled] any assigned [Clerk] and [Typist] will be removed from the job record as they are no longer assigned to the job. Cancelled jobs will not appear on the Scheduler even though they still have an appointment date & time. |
[JOBS] Create a third option to leave blank the [furnishing] selection, for when property type is non-residential

[JOBS] ensure the configuration is working correctly : Inventory and check in Tenant signature. When ' inventory and check in ' is selected as NO then the inventory signature hides for tenant, if it is selected as YES it appears in both, on the PDF.

[JOBS] – adding a new job. Fix bug so that [Number of bedrooms] in the field on the job screen also gives that number of bedrooms when setting up default rooms.

[JOBS] Job Notes Notification email needs to be formatted better, not just sent as a block of text which is not easy to read It will now format like this.

[JOBS] fix bug so that if a job is at [Typing Complete], the button is visible to [Upload PDF to Library]

[REPORT EDITOR] There was a bug if there is no Clerk Signature on a job after it has been uploaded, the PDF would fail to generate and give an error message. Now the PDF will generate even if there is no Clerk signature.

[FINANCE] we have made a change so that when the status of an invoice is manually changed to [Paid], the status of the job will automatically change to [Complete/Paid].
This will also work for Consolidated Invoices. If the status of a Consolidated Invoice is changed to [Paid], all the underlying Invoices will automatically change to [Paid] and the corresponding job will change to [Complete/Paid]. If the user selects to use the [Quick Pay] icon this will work in the same way.

[FINANCE] Invoicing – ensure that full address/postal code is displayed on the invoice detail line

[FINANCE] – when Smoke alarms, CO alarms or batteries are installed, the entry on the invoice was stating ‘inspected’. We have corrected this to say ‘installed’

[FINANCE] Ensure only 1 Cancellation invoice can be raised on a job, not more than one. |
[SCHEDULER] Personal Appt – when creating more than one personal appointment on the Scheduler screen, each one reflects the new date/time. There was a bug where this was not happening every time a new personal appointment was created. |
[NLG HQ] HQ Users can now view [Day] view for Franchisees. NLG HQ users need to be able to view appointments in [DAY] View for selected Franchisees to ascertain availability. |
