[JOBS] When setting up a job and selecting [Copy Data from a previous job], there will sometimes be a previous job that has been completed by another office.  

The [Link] icon at the end of the row will open the PDF regardless of who has completed the job.

(So you can see the PDF before you copy the data )

 

If the job is in V1 the link icon will open the screen to the [Library] of the job in V1 to download the PDF.

 

 

[JOBS] For national client jobs only.

After the franchisee has sent the Report via [Upload + Send Paperwork] the following actions will happen:

  1. the status of the job will automatically change to Report Sent
  2. The status of the Franchisee Invoice will automatically change to Issued (if it is at draft)
  3. The status of the job will then automatically change to Invoice Sent
  4. The invoice will have Issued date 
  5. Franchisee can no longer make amendments to the invoice.
  • If the job has been [Sent for Approval] when the report it sent, the invoice status                 will not change
  • If the report is re-sent, this does not change the status of the job

Slight amendment to the wording on the [Upload and Send] screen.

We have amended the last sentence to say

the status of the invoice will automatically change to [Issued] when the report has been sent and is at [Report Sent]

 

 

[SCHEDULER]   We have fixed a bug when booking jobs from the Scheduler.  

The green button  [Save + Send Notifications] was not sending the notification to the CLIENT.  

                                                                                Please note that if notifications have been disabled on the Client                                                                                 screen, these will not be sent using this button.

    

 

 

[SCHEDULER]

Please note that if booking a job through the scheduler, the field for [Tenant Time] does not show.

Therefore, if the job type has [Tenant Time] (eg; Inventory and Check In); this could cause an issue because this is not shown, when the user selects  [Save + Send Notifications] button,  

the Tenant will receive a notification with the appointment start and end timings 

We will add in this field but in the meantime please book via the job screen.

 

 

 

[INVOICES] For national client jobs only

After the Franchisee invoice has been [Issued], the franchisee can no longer make any changes to the invoice, and this is determined by a ‘padlock’ icon
